Exercise Classes
At Miskin Manor Health Club we believe that exercising should be fun as well as effective! This is why we offer over 50 classes a week and have a large variety - there is an exercise class here for everyone; from cardiovascular workouts like 'Spinning' to functional 'Human Sport' resistance training.
All our classes are taken by experienced and qualified instructors to ensure YOU receive the quality you expect from best club around.

A water based, low impact exercise class suitable for those with minor joint problems and tri-athleetes alike! You don't have to get your hair wet or even be able to swim!
Burn & Tone £1.50 member £4.80 non
A popular class combining two awesome training styles - Human sport for 30min the straight into Spin for 30min. Maximising your workout and making good use of time! Great for weight loss or improving overall fitness!
Spinning £1.50 member £4.80 non
This world famous group exercise class involves state of the art exercise bikes with adjustable resistance which only YOU control, so you work at your own pace. The instructor will ensure you push yourself, but keep you safely within your limits.
Legs Bums & Tums £3 member £4.80 non
This class emphasizes on trimming up those known problem areas - Legs, Bums and Tums. So if you would like a trimmer, leaner you come along and give this a go!
Human Sport £1.50 member £4.80 non
They offer a huge variety of exercises using cable machines, to improve posture, rehabilitation, build muscle and tone up! This differs to the standard gym equipment you find as it does not isolate a muscle so that it is working on its own - that is very much a body building training style. The emphasis on this class is functional training to develop a body that can be used efficiently to do day to day tasks; from getting in and out of the car with ease, improving your golf swing to correcting muscular imbalances.

Strengthen and sculpt your core using your own body weight, Swiss balls and various other exercise equipment. The emphasis here is based on abdominal exercises.

Jujitsu £5 member & non
A self defense class for adults who wish to learn how to protect themselves in the event of a confrontation. This class is run by external instructors and is excluded from our class course offer.
Freestyle Kickboxing £3 Over 16's £2.50 Children Under 16;s
Combines effective training techniques of Eastern Martial Arts with Western Boxing and sports science theories to give you the ultimate physical and mental workout. Help improve self confidence, stamina flexibility and strength. All welcome whatever your fitness level. Men, women and children can benefit from this training programme.
